2. Can't wait for Go 3 Review by grave digger

   Overall

   Heard a coworker coming around the corner and was amazed at the sound. When he showed me what he had I thought it cost an arm and leg, but found out it was only $10 and had to have one. Its amazing how far we have come from the boom box. I use to carry 15 pounds on my shoulder now I have 1/2 lb on my belt. Can we get a great sound any smaller than these? (Posted on 8/20/10)

   Got this on sale for $10 at Kohl's and I'm amazed at the sound, especially for the price. Great range, nice bass, only starts sounding scratchy when the batteries are running low. Change batteries and it's back up to great sound. Small enough to take anywhere and your Ipod zips up inside so no loose wires to deal with. I love it, and it's a great bargain. (Posted on 8/16/10)

5. Go Was Awesome Go2 Lack Quality? Review by Weioo

   I had the first version (HMDX-Go) for about a year and they worked GREAT for disc golf, as stated by another. However, I just got the HMDX-Go2's from BestBuy just in the last hour, and WOW does the bass sound like crap!!!!!
   
   Few notes:
   1. These will only last for about a year with occasional use (2x a week) and then the bass seems to go, eventually.
   2. The Go2 look better by design, speakers are better protected, external volume controls, but like I said, they sound like crap!
   
   I went back inside best buy after testing them in my car immediately (with bass-heavy songs, which the original Go COULD handle) and was astonished as to the static and noise I was getting, you couldn't even hear the song. I walked right back inside best buy and tried 3 other units right int he store, all were very similar.
   
   How is it nobody else has had this problem!?!? (Posted on 7/23/10)

   This has to be one of the smartest purchases I've made in portable speakers. I tried many others, but to no avail. This is awesome. I have an iPhone with the Otterbox Protective Shell and it still fits inside the speaker case. Intense. Greatest accessory for disc golf. (Posted on 7/20/10)

   I was optimistic about purchasing this so I took 2 batteries to the store w/me to try it out and my ipod touch. I was pleasantly surprised when I easily hooked it up and it played. I turned my ipod all the way up thinking that controlled the volume which was decent since Bed Bath & Beyond was playing music in the store. Then I noticed the volume keys and pushed it to its limit and could hear my song clearly over the music in the store. I had a coupon for $5.00 off so I went back to get another because I know my kids will use mine all the time. I don't have an ipod connection in my car so I've been using this and its great.     Just got back from a week in Punta Cana with girlfriends. I had this speaker and could have sold 100 of them to people on the beach. Great sound for such a small price. This keeps sand away from your iPod and was a big hit with the crowds. I am ordering more now! (Posted on 6/29/10)
